Powder Coating

Our powder coating process begins with a Henkel-based 9-tank pretreatment system, which includes hot degreasing, hot passivation, and continuous bath monitoring to ensure proper surface preparation. Supporting systems such as a filter press, oil skimmer, and fume scrubber maintain chemical stability and environmentally responsible operation. An Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with a 2-stage RO system further ensures safe and compliant wastewater management.
After pretreatment, components move to our coating section equipped with 8 ovens—2 conveyorized ovens for continuous production and 6 batch-type ovens for varied and custom component sizes. We can accommodate parts up to 15 ft (L) × 7 ft (W) × 9 ft (H), enabling us to handle a wide range of customer requirements.
Coating is applied using Gema and Wagner systems, ensuring uniform coverage and precise control inside well-lit booths. We use only customer-approved, premium-grade powders to maintain consistent and reliable finish quality.
To validate coating performance, we conduct regular bath analysis and a set of performance tests that ensure durability, adhesion, and consistent finish. This integrated process guarantees corrosion resistance and a high-quality coating finish on every component.
