Our welding division comprises 65 machines, including MIG, TIG, Projection, Spot, and Robotic welding systems, ensuring strong and reliable welds across diverse applications. The setup is managed by a qualified team with a Welding Coordinator, Weld Engineer, and six NDT Level II Inspectors to maintain strict quality standards.

The in-house Welding Training Centre provides structured instruction on welding symbols, safety, and process control, with welder qualification and requalification carried out at defined intervals to meet international standards.

Our setup includes MIG (COLTON, ESAB, Fronius: 240–500 Amps), TIG (COLTON, ESAB: 8 machines), Spot & Projection welders (3 units), and Robotic welding systems (2 Fronius units with Fanuc controllers and positioners). Supported by Roboguide software for offline programming and simulation, our robots offer 6 degrees of freedom, 2-meter linear motion, and 360° rotary motion, enabling precise, continuous welding across the automotive, heavy fabrication, and engineering sectors
